Todd Leveridge has spent more than 30 years helping large employers optimize human capital strategies to attract and retain top talent. For the past two decades at Lockton, he has guided the design and management of innovative health and welfare benefit programs for over 120 clients representing more than 300,000 employees. His expertise spans strategic opportunities in health and welfare plans, corporate total rewards, and human capital optimization.

Todd began his career with MetLife and Prudential Healthcare before co-founding CompLink, a COBRA, HIPAA, and FSA outsourcing company. He earned a BBA in Marketing/Finance from Baylor University.
